 The end-of-life journey can be a very frightening and vulnerable time with many questions and insecurities. With Ogeechee Area Hospice, it doesn’t have to be.
Our highly trained staff is here to enrich the journey through care of the “whole” person. This includes not only the patient’s physical symptoms, but also the emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and the patient’s family.
Founded in 1994 in Statesboro, Georgia, Ogeechee Area Hospice is a non-profit agency serving nine rural counties with care in the home, nursing home and now in a new Inpatient Center. Despite its growth through the years, the mission of Ogeechee Area Hospice has remained the same--to deliver quality care to patients and families through compassionate service and expert symptom control.
